She and her family love their small Texas town and being involved in their community and church. When there are no recitals or soccer/basketball/baseball games, the Hatcher’s favorite things are traveling and gathering family and friends in their home for big meals.
Jessica Hatcher is a Texas native and graduate of Midwestern State University with a bachelor of arts in psychology. After graduating in 2012, her love of the outdoors brought her to Colorado. In Boulder, she helped University of Colorado students and their families navigate through the financial burden of paying out-of -state tuition by coaching students on budgeting and becoming financially independent. She married the love of her life, Derek, in 2014, and in 2017, Jessica became a mother. She proudly regards raising her two children as the highest calling the Lord has given her. After moving back to Texas, and focusing on building a happy and healthy family, she and her husband experienced firsthand the strains of being a family living on one income. This engendered in her the importance of being strategic with each dollar and propelled her career into the financial industry so that she could help others.
